Review established procedures for conducting meeting.  <\/p>\n<p>b. In compliance with Wisconsin Stats.19.85 (1) (b and c), the committee will recess into closed session upon a roll call vote to deliberate over and vote by written ballot on the following:  <\/p>\n<p>i. Retention of Dr. Phillip Owens for a 5th year.  <\/p>\n<p>c. Committee will move out of closed session on a roll call vote.  <\/p>\n<p>VI. Miscellaneous Business <\/p>\n<p>VII.
