Jen Murray will join the inaugural class of Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce\u2019s Business Leadership Academy.<\/a><\/p>\n

Murray, the director of UWM\u2019s LGBT Resource Center, is excited to join the other students at this year\u2019s class and continue to build her relationship with other LGBT leaders in the state.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am finding this journey into expanding my personal leadership approaches significant as I connect the work of the UWM LGBT Resource Center with key LGBTQ+ leaders across Wisconsin,\u201d Murray said.<\/p>\n

Murray will join several business leaders in Wisconsin during the yearlong academy learning valuable skills in effective communication, creativity, collaboration and the ability to motivate the next generation of LGBTQ leaders in the workplace.<\/p>\n

The Wisconsin LGBT Chamber of Commerce was created to promote a fully inclusive state by building economic growth and opportunities among LGBT-owned and allied businesses, corporations and other professionals in Wisconsin.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
