(UWM Photo)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Konstantin Sobolev is Milwaukee\u2019s godfather of concrete, and one of the few experts in the nation who can tell us everything we want to know about the concrete ribbons on which we drive, walk and pedal.
