Join the Accessibility Resource Center on Thursday, Aug. 29, from 1-3:30 p.m. n Mitchell Hall, Room 295 in a celebration of disability, diversity and inclusivity at the open house for the center’s new Student Hub and Sensory Spaces.<\/p>\n

The Student Hub is a place for students to celebrate their disability experiences, identity and culture on campus. Spaces within the hub include activity rooms, individual and group study spaces, lounge areas, and sensory spaces for decompressing or for re-energizing \u2014 all to help reduce the stressors of academic life.<\/p>\n

Development of the Sensory Spaces was made possible in part with a grant from the UW System Student Behavioral Health Initiative.<\/p>\n
