UWM is excited to recruit the third cohort for the 2024-2025 Mosaic Leadership Academy \u2014 applications are due Monday, July 1. The academy is designed to create community and leverage campus resources to foster the knowledge, skills and networks of diverse UWM employees. The academy’s overall goal is to support the promotion and retention of diverse members of UWM\u2019s community by identifying pathways to administrative and academic leadership positions.<\/p>\n

Academy fellows are selected through an application process, and accepted fellows agree to be actively engaged in cohort meetings, workshops, job coaching and mentoring over the 2024-2025 academic year.<\/p>\n
