\n Purpose of Meeting: <\/strong>3. Discussion change the certificate type for the DL certificate so that it could be taken as a graduate certificate. In looking at the title, it is currently "Advanced Study in Digital Libraries". Does it make sense to leave the title as it is since it could be part of the MLIS program, or should it be just "Digital Libraries"? The other in-degree graduate certificates are not considered advanced study. If we should also change the name, we could discuss this at the December MLIS Committee meeting and bring it to FC at the February meeting, so it should still get through the approval process by the end of the academic year. I checked the message from the CIM folks and it looks like it will need to go through GCC. <\/p>\n
