Countless emotions have marked this semester \u2014 from joy and excitement to stress and apprehension. Together, we can and will continue to meet these challenges.<\/p>\n
Faculty and staff are encouraged to join leaders from the Campus Cares team for some informal dialogues, to share feelings on college realignment, emotional and mental support, civil and climate stress, and others. We hope these dialogues will normalize experiences and feelings.<\/p>\n
The sessions are not intended to focus on solutions or particular outcomes. They are a way to come together, gain insight and deepen our connections as a community. Future conversations and dialogues in the spring will help build and develop some action items to positively impact campus culture.<\/p>\n
