Undergraduate research grant applications due Aug. 15

The deadline for Support for Undergraduate Research Fellows, also known as SURF, proposals for Fall 2018 and 2018-19 academic year is Wednesday, Aug. 15. SURF allows undergraduate students at UW-Milwaukee to work as paid research assistants and collaborate with faculty and staff research mentors.

Both the student and the research mentor must fill out an application detailing the student’s research project. Undergraduate researchers receive hourly compensation for their work if they are awarded SURF funds.

Please note that the application form has been updated for the 2018-19 academic year.
