The 2017 benefits enrollment period begins on Oct. 2 and is the only opportunity to make changes to most UWM employee benefits.
All enrollments and changes must be completed by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 27. Changes will take effect Jan. 1, 2018.
An online personalized benefits counselor, called ALEX, will help employees simplify the benefits election process. All employees will receive a link to ALEX on Oct. 2.

Some State Group Health Insurance plans will change and other plans will no longer be available. Flexible Spending Account and Health Savings Account – High Deductible Health Plan participants must reenroll in their program every year.
