Spring fitness classes begin week of March 23

The UWM Wellness Team will be offering employee fitness classes beginning the week of March 23.

UWM employees can participate in low cost fitness classes offered on campus during the lunch hour or immediately following the work day. Zumba, yoga and PiYo will be offered this session.

The classes are offered in eight-week sessions and participants can sign up for one class, two classes or opt for an unlimited class pass. Registration, class information and enrollment fees can be found at the spring fitness class webpage.
