Spring employee fitness classes second round to begin April 22

The Human Resources Department is offering a second round of four low-cost fitness classes to UWM employees beginning the week of April 22.

Classes include Tuesday Yoga, Wednesday PiYo, Wednesday Zumba or Friday Yoga. All classes are 45 minutes and conveniently located on campus at Greene Hall either over the lunch hour or immediately after business hours.

The purpose of these classes is to offer an employees an option to get exercise in during the workday to reduce stress and improve personal well-being. The classes are open to employees only and are taught by certified instructors. All ability levels are welcome.
