UWM celebrated the university’s everyday superheroes Sunday, Aug. 6, at UW-Milwaukee Day at Wisconsin State Fair.
The fair’s Central Park was awash in black and gold, as UWM schools, colleges and offices hosted fun activities and giveaways. The Anytime Leslies, made up of UWM alums, provided the music. Cooking demonstrations made mouths water. And of course, the kids stole the show during the Roar Like a Panther contest.
