Fitness classes offered for free in June

The Department of Human Resources will be offering UWM faculty and staff free fitness classes for the month of June. Everyone can try one, or all, of the fitness classes offered.

Registration is required, and each class is limited to 30 participants. Four types of classes are offered: yoga, Zumba, Zumba toning and HIIT (high intensity interval training). Please view the HR Fitness Classes website for more information and instruction on how to register.
