Kathleen Dolan, distinguished professor of political science at UWM, will join a Library of Congress discussion about early voting and voting by mail on Sept. 24.
The 9 a.m. virtual panel at the John W. Kluge Center at the Library of Congress will delve into voting systems and politics, as well as the history and politicization of voting by mail. The November presidential election is expected to see massive increases in early voting and voting by mail.
Joining Dolan on the panel will be Andrea Matwyshyn, associate dean of innovation and professor at Penn State Law, and Seth Masket, professor of political science and director of the Center on American Politics at the University of Denver.
