Briefing emails are new Microsoft feature

The Briefing email is a new feature from Microsoft that allows you to look ahead and plan your workday. Briefing emails are sent by default at UWM. This Cortana tool scans Outlook for any actionable items in your messages, and then forms and emails you the list.
