I understand that the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee (\u201cUWM\u201d) wishes to use and\/or publish the Images for educational, promotional, advertising, and other purposes, in any media whatsoever, including, but not limited to printed publications and on its website (collectively, the \u201cAuthorized Uses\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I further understand that UWM, where feasible, will credit me as follows to the extent that it publishes the Images<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In consideration for the publicity I may obtain through UWM\u2019s use of the Images, by signing below, I grant UWM and the Board of Regents of the Universities of Wisconsin an irrevocable, worldwide, license to use the Images for the Authorized Uses. I understand that I will retain the copyright in the Images. I also freely and voluntarily consent to the use and publication of my name in connection with the Images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
