Registration for the Symposium is open.
Attendees should submit their talk abstract using the Abstract Submission page.
Registration Information
- Attendees should register through the link below.
- Poster sessions will be held during breakfast, morning and afternoon break on Monday.
- Three individuals will be selected from graduate student abstracts to give a fifteen-minute presentation.
- Graduate students, please indicate if you would like your abstract considered for a talk, as well as a poster.
Symposium: Registration on or before July 15 is $295
Registration after July 15 is $395.
The symposium registration fee covers symposium materials along with breakfast, lunch and, afternoon coffee and cookies both days. Registration also includes a catered dinner on Monday evening.
Cancellation Policy: Registrations cancelled prior to July 31st incur a $50 processing fee. The remainder of your registration fees paid will be refunded.
After August 1st, 2019: No refunds
