Are you looking for a way to support newly arrived Afghans to Wisconsin at Fort McCoy? The Center for Community-Based Learning, Leadership, and Research (CCBLLR) is partnering with the Military and Veterans Resource Center (MAVRC) and Team Rubicon to collect needed items for what they expect to be over 11,000 adults and children who are arriving with only the clothes on their back. Team Rubicon is a nonprofit organization that specializes in disaster response by mobilizing veterans to help people prepare, respond and recover from disasters and crises.
