UWM faculty and staff are invited to book a 10-minute appointment with a campus photographer in the UWM Photo Studio located in Cunningham Hall, room B151. Take the elevator to floor B100 and turn left.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-upcoming-photo-headshot-week\">Upcoming Photo Headshot Week<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The next Photo Headshot Week is Sept. 28-Oct. 2, 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-book-your-headshot\">Book Your Headshot<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To book your headshot, please fill out <a href=\"https:\/\/form.asana.com\/?k=bTHM8h6c_uBV2MJh9ZvwtA&amp;d=998307961314859\">this registration form<\/a> with your contact info. Upon form completion, you will receive a link to schedule your headshot. There is no charge for your headshot, and we encourage early registration as spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration will close Sept. 24 at 9 a.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-headshots-for-students\">Headshots for Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">While MarComm&#8217;s Headshot Week is reserved for faculty and staff due to limited appointment availability, students have access to a great free option. UWM&#8217;s Center for Student Experience &amp; Talent (SET) offers an <a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/set\/career-communities-services\/build-your-professional-brand\/\">Iris Photo Booth service<\/a>, where students can take a professional headshot at no cost. The photo booth is located on the second floor of Vogel Hall and is available throughout the fall and spring semesters to all UWM students, faculty and staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-frequently-asked-questions\">Frequently Asked Questions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Where is the photo studio?<\/strong> The MarComm Photo Studio is in Cunningham Hall, floor B100. We recommend taking the elevator and then turning left to find our Multimedia Studio (room B151). Feel free to use our dressing rooms and have a seat in the waiting area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What is the cost of my headshot?<\/strong> There is no charge for headshots. We encourage early registration as spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>How long is my appointment?<\/strong> Your headshot appointment is 10 minutes. Please arrive on time and ready to smile!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Is there a space for me to get ready?<\/strong> You should arrive ready for your headshot. We have mirrors available for quick touch ups. Make sure to bring your own combs, brushes or makeup.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>What should I wear?<\/strong> We recommend that you dress professionally for your headshots in a color that you feel best in. You can also check with your area\u2019s marketing lead for additional guidance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>I need to cancel or reschedule my headshot. How do I do this? <\/strong>Click into the scheduled headshot event on your UWM Outlook calendar and then click on \u201cManage Meeting\u201d to easily cancel or reschedule.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can I schedule a group shot during Headshot Week? <\/strong>No. Group photographs must be scheduled outside of Headshot Week. Please submit the MarComm <a href=\"https:\/\/form.asana.com\/?k=St3EoMN_kE0i1s1jyysDGg&amp;d=998307961314859\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">service request form<\/a> to request a studio session or have a photographer come to a location of your choosing at a time that works for your group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Does MarComm offer headshots outside of Headshot Week?<\/strong> No. Dedicated Headshot Weeks allow MarComm photographers to focus on marketing, enrollment and brand-focused photo shoots during the remainder of the year. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Can students participate in Headshot Week?<\/strong> Headshot Week is reserved for faculty and staff due to limited appointment availability.
