These opportunities are the focus of this M\u00b3 (pronounced \u201cM-Cubed\u201d) webinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00b3&nbsp;partner&nbsp;<b>Jerry Baake, manager of workforce development at Advocate Aurora Health<\/b>, led a discussion on a panel of students and employers that included&nbsp;<b>Russ Klisch, president of Lakefront Brewery<\/b>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Staff from UWM, MATC AND MPS discussed how students and employers can benefit from work-based learning experiences. Together, nearly 6,000 students across the three M\u00b3 institutions took part in work-based learning opportunities in 2019-20.
