We have filed an international patent application (PCT) on therapeutic monoclonal antibodies targeting CLPTM1L. The development of these therapeutics stemmed from the study of CLPTM1L as a determinant of cancer susceptibility and its role in tumorigenesis, and the discovery that this protein could be targeted at the surface of tumor cells.
