SUMMARY:Grounds for Inquiry
DESCRIPTION:What do you want to be when you grow up? A question that has stumped countless undecided college students. As educators\, it is imperative to support and guide students on their journey while finding value in a college degree. Join the GFI community this session as we here from Laurie Marks\, Executive Director for the Center for Student Experience\, and Dr. Leslie Harris\, Professor and Department Chair of the Department of Communication\, on they skillfully introduce the design your life framework and lead us in a discussion about how we can utilize some of these tools to promote and guide student success here at UWM and beyond the classroom walls! \nGrounds for Inquiry (GFI) is designed to connect UWM’s innovative and entrepreneurial (I&E) community in a brand-new way! Come with us as we travel across UWM’s campus and explore diverse fields of study\, sparking curiosity and interdisciplinary creative collaboration.
