The UWM Libraries are soliciting input from our users on their use of citation managers. Citation managers are online tools used to save, organize, and share your bibliographies.
The UWM Libraries have been subscribing to RefWorks since 2008. The bibliographic management landscape has grown and matured since 2008. There are many competitors like EndNote desktop X9, EndNote basic, Mendeley, and Zotero.
The results of this survey will help the library better understand your preferences and inform our decision about allocation of scarce resources. The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete. The results of this survey are anonymous. If you wish to assist us further by sharing your feedback in-person via a focus group interview, please enter your contact information at the end of the survey.
