African & African Diaspora Studies – Virtual Open House

March 4, 2021 @ 2:15 pm - 3:00 pm

This event is for any prospective student interested in learning more about the African & African Diaspora Studies major at UWM. All students who have been admitted for Fall 2021 are invited as well as students who are thinking of applying for Fall 2021 or Fall 2022. Learn more about the programs and meet some of our faculty!

You’ll learn about our academic program and its requirements, student research opportunities, and more. You’ll also leave with information about the next steps to get ready for orientation and registration if you’ve been admitted already.

Join us and learn how UWM’s Chinese program prepares students for post-college life. The agenda includes:

  • Major and general requirements to graduate
  • Complimentary double majors and minors
  • Student research opportunities
  • Next steps whether you are still applying or are preparing for orientation
  • Open Q&A
