Islam Hindi is currently a graduate assistant at the Language Resource Center at UWM. Islam has already graduated from an MA in Language, Literature & Translation from UWM in December 2014. Islam has also worked as an Arabic Instructor for three years at the Arabic Program at UWM when he was doing his master’s degree. Currently Mr. Hindi is working on making more resources available to students who take Arabic (all levels), and also to Arabic instructors who can use these materials inside their classroom. Moreover, Mr. Hindi works as a Wisconsin court interpreter (English-Arabic, Arabic English) and as an over-the-phone interpreter with CTS Language Link & Cyracom.
