Service Excellence and Accountability Structure (SEAS) Kickoff

The Shared Services Service Excellence and Accountability Structure (SEAS) kicks off with a meeting of the Operational Advisory Council on Thursday, 12/13. SEAS provides a framework to involve supported units and other stakeholders in an ongoing Service Excellence and Accountability process. It will also include a process for tracking, reporting, and reviewing performance metrics and provide a transparent process for consultation, decision making, and continuous improvement.
