Overly Graduate Scholarship<\/strong><\/a><strong>!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to announce that Farheen Rukhsana, a Ph.D. student in Civil Engineering (Transportation) at the University of Wisconsin\u2013Milwaukee under the supervision of Professor Dr. Xiao Qin, has been selected as the recipient of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wtsinternational.org\/chapters\/wisconsin\/scholarships\">2025\u20132026 Helene M. Overly Graduate Scholarship<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to beginning her doctoral studies, Farheen earned a Master of International and Development Economics from Australian National University. She also served for more than nine years with the Roads and Highways Department in various professional roles. In addition, she is a certified Project Procurement Specialist, recognized by the International Training Centre of the ILO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After graduation, Farheen aims to work in the policy arena to advance safe and sustainable transportation systems.
