Description:<\/td>The School\/College Analytics Dashboard provides summary data related to the following topics, by college\/school and for UWM as a whole: Enrollment, Retention & Graduation Rates, Student Credit Hours (SCH), DFW Rates, Completions, and Faculty and Staff.
\n
\nUsers of this dashboard may be accessing FERPA-protected data and are therefore expected 1) only to access such data if they have a legitimate educational reason for doing so, and 2) to take appropriate measures to protect the confidentiality of such data, for example, redacting cell sizes less than or equal to 5 if the data will be shared outside of UWM.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

\n12\/19\/2022: On rare occasions, students are reported as \u201cNew Transfers\u201d after completing their bachelor\u2019s degree at UWM. The dashboard was revised to exclude a student with this circumstance from the Fall 2021 New Transfer cohort in the \"Retention & Graduation Rates\" tab.
\n
\n12\/15\/2022: Revised the method of calculating retention rates, based on input from the College of General Studies and Enrollment Management. The \"Notes\" tab was also updated to reflect the revised methodology.
\n
\n10\/20\/2022: Incorporated changes made to UDDS codes from the Chart of Accounts project, which can impact the school\/college\/division that data in the \"Faculty and Staff\" and \"Financials\" tabs are reported with. Data that were still recorded in fiscal year 2022 with old codes associated with a school\/college\/division different from the new codes are reported with the old school\/college\/division in this dashboard.

The \"Completions\" tab was also updated with more recent information.
