Cancel your print job, and your payment will automatically be refunded to your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-do-i-add-funds-to-my-wepa-account\">How do I add funds to my Wepa account?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can add more money to your Wepa account either online or at the print station.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Instructions to <a href=\"https:\/\/kb.uwm.edu\/74088\">add money to your Wepa account online<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To add funds at the print station, while paying you can swipe your credit\/debit card and choose the amount to add to your Wepa account<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-it-mean-to-tag-a-card\">What does it mean to Tag a Card?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Like your PantherCard, you can use credit\/debit cards to log into the Wepa print stations. To tag a card, <a href=\"https:\/\/kb.uwm.edu\/76422\">use these instructions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-can-i-pay-with-cash\">Can I pay with cash?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To pay with cash, you must first purchase a UWM gift card with cash such as a Grind gift card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-how-can-i-figure-out-what-i-owe-for-my-print-job\">How can I figure out what I owe for my print job?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Wepa will tell you, on screen, what you owe for each print job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-happens-to-my-wepa-account-funds-after-i-graduate-or-leave-the-university\">What happens to my Wepa account funds after I graduate or leave the university?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You won\u2019t lose that money. Contact Wepa support representatives, and they will refund your debit\/credit card the remaining funds in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-happens-if-i-can-t-print-my-documents-now\">What happens if I can\u2019t print my documents now?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Your documents will stay in your Wepa print queue for up to 6 days.
