People need to know that after their accounts are de-provisioned, their data goes away and can not be recovered. Thus departments need to be sure to grant access to others or store data in shared locations to continue business practices.
People want to know how long they have to get their email and files after they end their employment.
Students get at least to the next de-provision late December or May. Staff, Guests or Students with past campus employment lose their access immediately.

Until late December or May, only for students who have not been employees.
If former employees were instructors of record (per PAWS) in at least one class, they will retain their accounts for 90 days after the last semester they taught.
