Virtual benefits review sessions are scheduled for January 14 and 15 from 12:00 P.M. \u2013 1:00 P.M. Visit the Benefits Reviews schedule to register for upcoming sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/hr\/benefits\/reviews\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Benefits Reviews<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading size-h3\" id=\"h-well-wisconsin-health-screening\">Well Wisconsin Health Screening<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Two free onsite health screening events are scheduled at the UWM Student Union Wisconsin Room, on March 18 and April 21, from 8:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M., for employees (and spouses) enrolled in the State of Wisconsin Group Health Insurance Program. With each person who completes the training, UWM develops its network of individuals who are prepared to assist in identifying and supporting individuals in crisis. It\u2019s okay to do Part 1 without Part 2 (though Part 2 is highly recommended).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/wellness\/health-promotion\/emotional-health\/suicide-prevention-training\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Suicide Prevention Training<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Part One: Online Training via Canvas \u2014 UW-System\u2019s Recognize, Respond, Refer: Suicide Prevention Training for Faculty and Staff, an asynchronous online training builds awareness, knowledge, and skills about mental health and suicide prevention. The training requires approximately 45 minutes to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/uws-td.instructure.com\/enroll\/EKHMBB\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Self-enroll in the Canvas course<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Part Two: In-Person Discussion \u2014 This 75-minute in-person discussion session builds on the foundational online training by focusing on skills-based practice, scenario discussions, and campus-specific resource\/referral information.
