This occupational safety training is available in Workday Learning. For more information on enrolling in this course, refer to the Enrolling in Courses \u2013 Employee&nbsp;Workday Job Aid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"size-p-md wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/kb.wisconsin.edu\/workday\/internal\/144890\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Enrolling in Courses \u2013 Employee<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-l-col uwm-u-border-desktop--right\">\n<h2 id=\"h-new-supervisor-training-program\" class=\"wp-block-heading size-h4\">New Supervisor Training Program<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"size-p-md wp-block-paragraph\">UWM requires all individuals new to supervision at UWM to complete supervisor training within two years of hire, in accordance with UW System Administrative Policy SYS 1240 6.B. Currently, trainings that meet this requirement include UWM\u2019s New Supervisor Training Program or the UW\u2019s Principles of Supervision and Management Cohort.
