Stress Management

We all confront stressful situations every day, from minor annoyances like the daily commute or trying to find lost items, to major stressors such as challenges in relationships or transitions in the workplace. Our world is ever changing at work, at home and in our communities challenging our comping skills and adding to our stress. This seminar will give an overview of the triggers of stress and its impact on us. It will offer practical tips on how to manage stress and how to prevent stress from rising to problematic levels.

This presentation addresses the attitudes, behaviors and “habits” of the participants that impede healthy lifestyle change. It focuses on three areas: exercise, nutrition and sleep, and employs a 6 stage “Transtheoretical” model. This model includes six stages of personal change – Pre-contemplation, Contemplation, Preparation, Action, Maintenance and Relapse. Worksheets are provided, including a Personal Action Plan.

Moreover, communication skills top the list of personal qualities and skills demanded in the corporate world. This seminar will enhance your communication skills by focusing on both the content and delivery of communication.

The Care And Feeding of Superheroes
