Virtual Benefits Consultations

The benefits team will be hosting virtual benefits consultations for employees who need assistance with open enrollment questions and/or assistance with enrollment.

A virtual benefits consultation allows you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss benefit related topics with a Benefits Specialist. No appointment is necessary and you may call in at your convenience during the designated hours.

How it Works

To participate in a virtual benefits consultation, employees may use their standard telephone or their computer, tablet, or smart phone.

Standard Telephone

To participate by standard telephone please call:

You will then speak with a Benefits Specialist.

To participate by computer, tablet, or smart phone please call (with Microsoft Teams):

On your computer, tablet, or smart phone the virtual benefits consultation will be conducted as a video chat in Microsoft Teams.

When calling in with Microsoft Teams, you will need to select prompt 1 or 2, by accessing the keypad in Teams. This can usually be found along the bottom of the screen of your computer, tablet, or smart phone.

All Benefits Specialists will be available during the consultation hours. When your call is placed, you will automatically be routed to the next available Benefits Specialist.

If all Benefit Specialists are busy, you will be placed on hold, then routed to the next available Benefits Specialist.
