Current year rates are provided to help you estimate these costs for your individual situation. Your specific cost will depend on your room assignment and dining plan choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Housing and dining plan charges are divided into two approx. even amounts and posted to your PAWS account semesterly, once in July and again in January. First semester charges are due in late August. Plans offer enhanced services that enable UWM student residents to access any&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/dining\/options\/residential-dining-halls\/\">Residential Dining Hall<\/a>&nbsp;during all operating hours and eat all they care to eat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, each plan offers residents Guest Passes for visitors to use in the Residential Caf\u00e9s, and Dining Dollar options at additional&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/dining\/options\/retail-dining\/\">on-campus locations<\/a>, giving them an opportunity to taste Milwaukee with&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/retailservices\/panthercard\/#useat\">nearly 20 vendors in the neighboring areas<\/a>&nbsp;who accept Dining Dollars for dine-in service or meal delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dining Plan Requirement<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>All University Housing residents are required to participate in a Dining Plan unless they reside in Kenilworth Square Apartments where Dining Plans are currently unavailable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"uwm-u-flex uwm-u-flex--wrap uwm-u-flex--left\">\n<a class=\"uwm-c-button uwm-c-button--icon-right uwm-c-button--icon-arrow uwm-u-mr-20 uwm-u-mb-20\" href=\"https:\/\/uwm.edu\/dining\/plans\/residential-dining-plans\/\" rel=\"\">Residential Dining Plan Rates<\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"uwm-u-py-80\"><div class=\"uwm-l-container--base uwm-l-container--overflow-hidden\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Parking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Each building in University Housing has a parking garage and requires its own specific permit. Permits are distributed and maintained by UWM Transportation Services.
