What is the refund/contract cancellation process?

Students may voluntarily cancel their contract anytime up to 24-hours prior to the start of their contract period. Those cancellations will forfeit the $100 deposit, but nothing more. The contract period starts on their scheduled move-in date, or August 28, whichever comes first.

Students who wish to break their contract after the contract start or move-in are considered “terminations.” While there are some approved reasons for terminations, (graduation, study abroad, withdrawal), most students who terminate should be prepared to pay 85% of the charges for the remainder of the contract term.
