Move-In Appointment Adjustment Form

University Housing assigns move-in appointments based on a balance load by room assignment and the available parking we have during move-in.  We have a limited number of move-in appointments by hour to help make your move-in process efficient!

 University Housing will stop accepting request effective August 15, 2019, in preparation for fall move-in materials.  All adjustments to MyHousing will be finalized effective August 19th.

If your adjustment request was not approved, you will be emailed at the email addresses provided on your request form.  University Housing will work to best accommodate an alternative time for those request that were unable to be granted.

Move-In Appointment Adjustment Request

For students who would like to request a change to their assigned move-in time. Not all requests may be granted.

  • Formal move-in processes and staffing end at 7pm during move-in days. Residents requesting a move-in appointment after 7pm should anticipate having to use street parking, longer security lines, and limited staff resources to assist. Additionally, access to each building will be provided through the main/front entrance door, requiring all move-in helpers to be registered as guests (limit 3 at a time). Finally, to respect all members of the community, we encourage all move-ins to occur prior to 10pm.
