Late requests will not be accepted. Early Arrival Requests submitted via this form will not be accepted.

What after-hours time do you expect to arrive on the date indicated above?
Formal Move-In processes and staffing end at 7 pm during Move-In days for Sandburg and RiverView and 5pm for Cambridge. Residents requesting a Move-In appointment after 5pm/7 pm should anticipate the use of street parking, longer security lines, and limited staff resources to assist. Additionally, access to each building will be provided through the main/front entrance door, requiring all Move-In helpers to be registered as guests. Finally, to respect all members of the community, we encourage all Move-Ins to occur prior to 10 pm.
