The majority of Housing offices continue to be closed to in-person visits. The main Housing Office (Sandburg C100) is open Monday-Friday from 8am-4:30pm. In-person visits are permitted with occupancy limits in the office.

If you have any symptoms consistent with COVID-19, are aware that you are a close contact to a confirmed or highly suspected case of COVID-19, or have been advised to self-quarantine by a health or public health professional, you are expected to inform UWM and University Housing staff.
For Fall 2021 admits, the Housing Priority Deadline will continue to be May 1, 2021. The first-year residency policy will be in effect for the 2021-22 academic year. Housing contract preferences can be updated through July 1, 2021 instead of the original June 1, 2021.
