Alumnus appointed to Advisory Council by Governor-elect

CHS Alumnus Héctor Colón (’99 BS Occupational Therapy, ’01 MS Occupational Therapy) was appointed to the “What’s Best for Kids” Advisory Council by Wisconsin Governor-elect Tony Evers and Lt. Governor Mandela Barnes. Colon is president and CEO at Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. The council will advise the Governor-elect’s transition team on policy matters relating to the Department of Children and Families, the Department of Public Instruction, he Department of Health Services, and numerous other state boards and policy initiatives focused on children and families.
