Amandah is the principal owner of L.R.L. Capital, where he is also portfolio manager and analyst. In its March 11 article, the Business Journal cited the alternative investment fund’s 47.46% return on investment for clients in 2020, and its 85% pace in early 2021.

"At the end of the day," Amandah wrote on his LinkedIn page, "we are in a performance-based business, where numbers that do not lie will ultimately rule the day."

Before beginning college at UWM in 2011, the Business Journal noted, Amandah ascended from janitor to supervisor at a cleaning services company, and had a number of sales jobs.

His LinkedIn page lists previous experience including analyst at Baird and Thomson Reuters, client service representative at The Equitable Bank, and financial assistant at Lutheran Social Services. He has volunteered for the American Red Cross, Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, and Hunger Task Force.
