As AOP Diversity & Inclusion Coordinator, I facilitate the Advanced Opportunity Program, the Ronald E. McNair Post-Baccalaureate Achievement Program, and the McNair Graduate Entrance Fellowship to support equity, funding, research, and access for underrepresented minority and first-generation/low-income domestic students at the graduate level.
