Introducing Sips and Skills Weekly Alumni Conversations

In this program we will have a weekly coffee talk about soft skills development in the workplace. Each conversation will feature a fabulous Panther alum, talking about their career and how they have used soft skills throughout their lives, both personally and professionally. Following are featured graduate alumni.

Founder/Owner KB Breakthrough Consulting, Lecturer at UWM’s Lubar School of Business & Waukesha County Technical College Instructor

Kyle received his MBA from the Lubar School of Business in 2012, and spent 15 years at Northwestern Mutual. More recently, he is the founder of KB Breakthrough Consulting, an associate lecturer at UW-Milwaukee, and a trainer and coach at the Waukesha County Technical College Corporate Training Center. Kyle helps individuals and corporations maximize their potential and develop their leadership competencies.

Tax Specialist, Artisan Partners

Kelechi Anyanwu is a native of Nigeria, Kelechi immigrated to Milwaukee at the age of 10; for him, it was the opportunity of a lifetime. Kelechi is an MPS alumnus (5th grade through High School) and currently works as a Tax Specialist at Artisan Partners (Investment Management firm). Kelechi also teaches at UW-Milwaukee, University of Hawaii-West Oahu, and Virginia Military Institute). Pre-Covid Kelechi enjoyed coaching soccer at MPS’s Morgandale Elementary School.

Chloe Chiuminatto (MS, Management, 2015)
Chloe Chiuminatto

Assistant Director of Accounting Programs, UWM Lubar School of Business

Chloe is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Wisconsin with public accounting experience in both audit and tax, specializing in nonprofit and healthcare tax, at Wipfli’s Milwaukee office. She teaches the Managerial Accounting course in the Lubar School of Business. In addition, as Assistant Director of Accounting Programs, Chloe supports efforts for the School’s AACSB Accounting Accreditation status. Chloe is a member of the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
