Take an hour to slow down and recharge with SHAW Licensed Professional Counselor Tom Garcia as he introduces mindfulness practices and guided meditation techniques designed to help reduce stress and anxiety and support overall well-being. Whether you are new to meditation or already have an established practice\, this session offers an opportunity to learn practical strategies you can incorporate into your daily routine. \nAll graduate students are welcome.
