Mindfulness for Adults & Children

We invite you and your children to join us on Wednesday December 1st for our final virtual workshop of the semester, Mindfulness For Adults and Children. This workshop will be facilitated by Kate Bennett and Meghan Christian, both Licensed Clinical Social Workers with Children’s Wisconsin. The competing demands of being a parent, employee and student can limit our ability to manage stress and connect with our family members. Mindfulness is a practice that can help free up the brains ability to manage stress, be present and build resilience. During this workshop, participants will learn ways to be mindful through several activities that can be practiced by the whole family.
Kids are welcome and encouraged to join virtually!
