Geosci Structure Fieldtrip 2018
The students in Structural Geology (Geosci 414) enjoyed a seasonal April day at Harrington Beach State Park near Belgium, WI to collect fracture orientation data on April 7. The fractures formed in Devonian aged limestones that are exposed at an abandoned quarry in the park. Everyone collected data to use in an upcoming lab exercise. Dr. Dyanna Czeck led the trip with help from MS student Sheryl Stephenson.
