Chen, Ph.D. student in Geography, on the publication of his article, Differential Temperature Controls on Spring Freshet Onset Timing in the Upper Kuskokwim River Basin in Alaska, co-authored with Wonsun Choi and published in <em>\uae30\ud6c4\uc5f0\uad6c<\/em>. The study found that spring freshet in Alaska&#8217;s Upper Kuskokwim River Basin has shifted significantly earlier over the past four decades and is closely linked to spring temperature conditions. We congratulate Daryl on this excellent contribution to climate and hydrological research.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Chen, D. J., &amp; Choi, W. Based on her Ph.D. dissertation research and co-authored with Dr. Ryan Holifield, the article explores how photovoice can support environmental stewardship and community engagement in marginalized communities.
