Biography

Bugenhagen teaches and facilitates executive education, leader and leadership development (emerging through senior executive) and provides executive coaching. She also designs and delivers seminars, plenaries, field experiences, courses, and small group development teams. Her experience includes teaching, learning, and development of GS15 and SES for the following departments and agencies: Departments of Defense, Energy, Veterans Affairs, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, Transportation, Treasury, Interior, Commerce, Internal Revenue Service, Justice and Education; Centers for Disease Control; U.S. Department of Agriculture; Federal Aviation Administration; U.S. Aid in International Development; U.S. Navy; U.S. Marine Corps; U.S. Army; U.S. Air Force; NOAA; National Labor Relations Board; National Parks; National Science Foundation; Environmental Protection Agency; National Aeronautics and Space Administration; U.S. Geological Survey; Office of Management & Budget; Food & Drug Administration.
