New for Fall 2020: Freshwater 190 takes on climate change in innovative way

Students, including UWM non-science majors, can now sign up for an innovative new class on climate change. In Freshwater 190 Climate Change: Engaging the Science, participants will learn the latest data and analysis, and then put that knowledge into action.

Through individual reflection, group discussion and an interactive project, students will achieve a greater understanding not only of climate change, but also their individual role in creating a solution.

Instructor Marissa Jablonski, executive director of the Freshwater Collaborative of Wisconsin, previews Freshwater 190 and what inspired it here.
