Undergraduate STEM students from Gateway, Waukesha County, and Milwaukee Area Technical Colleges gain expeditionary, laboratory, and professional development experience in water technology and the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics that support it.  During the first week they will join Drs. Aguilar and Cuhel in a variety of training and experiential activities to prepare them for 8-week water industry internships.  After their summer with water technology applications, they will return to SFS for a second week of expeditions, experimentation, professional development, and debriefing.  A wide variety of aquatic technologies will be presented, observed, used, and their applications discussed in context of large societal water engineering challenges.

This event is not open to the public.
